Role Description The Hardware Software Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat, responsible for supporting the club's technology infrastructure across fitness, administrative, and training areas. Day-to-day tasks include installing and configuring computer hardware, peripherals, and related software for staff and facility operations. The role involves diagnosing and resolving technical issues, providing timely hardware and printer support, and ensuring minimal downtime for front-desk systems, training equipment interfaces, and office devices. The technician will maintain asset inventories, perform routine preventive maintenance, coordinate with vendors when needed, and document support activities and resolutions. This role collaborates closely with the operations and administrative teams to ensure a stable, secure, and user-friendly technology environment.
