Hiring: Customer Care Executive | Ahmedabad

We are hiring for a Customer Care Executive role with a leading financial services firm in Ahmedabad.

Experience: Relevant experience preferred; freshers may also apply

Education: Graduate in Commerce, Accounts, Finance, or a related field

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with mutual fund houses, insurance companies, brokers, agents, and internal teams.

Process and verify mutual fund transactions and insurance documentation.

Maintain and update client records and databases.

Handle client queries professionally and within defined timelines.

Support bookkeeping, compliance, reporting, and documentation activities.

Requirements:

Good communication skills in English and Hindi; Gujarati is an advantage.

Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Power Point, and Google Calendar.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Willingness to learn and build a career in financial services.

Location: Ahmedabad
