Salary: $130,000–$150,000 base | $200,000+ potential total compensation

What You'll Be Doing
Oversee safe electrical energization activities across data center construction projectsManage and enforce Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and electrical safety protocolsCoordinate energization schedules with electrical contractors, commissioning teams and project managementReview switching procedures, method statements and energization plansVerify systems are safe and ready for energizationMonitor electrical safety compliance and ensure adherence to NFPA 70E and site requirementsSupport commissioning and the safe transition of electrical infrastructure into operation
What We're Looking For
Experience in an Energy Marshal, Electrical Superintendent, Electrical Safety or similar roleStrong understanding of LOTO, electrical isolation and energization proceduresBackground in data centers, mission-critical facilities, industrial construction or large-scale electrical projectsKnowledge of MV/LV electrical distribution systems, switchgear and associated safety proceduresAbility to coordinate multiple contractors and take ownership of electrical safety activitiesStrong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills
