Leadership role: Looking for a senior manufacturing leader who can connect the shop floor, the customer and the business.

I’m currently looking to connect with an experienced General Manager – Manufacturing for a senior international leadership opportunity with a confidential manufacturing company in Veracruz, Mexico .

This is a broad leadership role with responsibility for the overall performance and growth of the operation , bringing together manufacturing, engineering, people, customers, financial performance and business priorities.

Key Responsibilities

Provide overall leadership for the manufacturing operation

Drive operational, financial and business performance

Lead manufacturing, engineering, quality and support functions

Develop and execute business and operational plans

Drive productivity, capacity and continuous improvement

Strengthen customer delivery, quality and operational performance

Build and develop a strong leadership team

Establish effective KPIs, processes and management systems

Identify opportunities for operational improvement and business growth

Work closely with senior leadership on strategic priorities

Ensure alignment between business objectives and manufacturing execution

Ideal Background

We are interested in experienced leaders currently working as:

General Manager | Business Unit Head | Plant Head | Manufacturing Director | Operations Director | VP Operations | Site Head

Experience in precision manufacturing, aerospace, turbine components, power generation, energy, heavy engineering, machining or other complex manufacturing environments would be highly relevant.

Candidates with experience managing P&L, customers, plant operations, engineering teams and business growth will be particularly relevant.

Prior international manufacturing exposure, experience with global customers or multinational operations will be an advantage.

Full-time | On-site

Up to USD 140,000/year
