Process- Voice support
Location-Kolkata, West Bengal
Shift- Rotational shift
Working Days- 5 Days working
Week Off- Rotational Week off
Salary- 19 K CTC per month
In Hand- 15.5 K per month
Key Requirements:
Excellent written communication skills
Good understanding of customer handling and Voice support
Comfortable working in rotational shifts
Ability to resolve customer queries professionally
