About the Role

Signature Dwellings is expanding its channel sales team in South Bengaluru. We‘re hiring Sales Sourcing Managers who bring an established channel partner network and a track record of converting that network into quality, site-visit-ready leads in residential real estate.

What You‘ll Do

• Build and grow a network of channel partners (brokers, consultants, referral agents) across South Bengaluru
• Generate and qualify leads through your partner network
• Drive quality site visits and support the sales team through to conversion
• Manage partner relationships end-to-end - onboarding, activation, and retention
• Track and deliver against sourcing/lead generation targets

What We‘re Looking For

• 2-5 years of experience in residential real estate sales or channel sourcing
• An active, working channel partner network
• Proven sourcing and lead generation track record
• Target-driven mindset with strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
• Based in or willing to work across South Bengaluru
