About the Role

We are looking for a Paid Social Specialist with strong execution capabilities in Meta Ads to manage and optimize campaigns for US & UK B2 C clients. This is an execution-focused role where attention to detail, analytical thinking, and client communication are equally important.

What You'll Do

• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.

• Monitor campaign performance and implement optimization strategies to improve ROAS, CPA, CAC, and conversion volume.

• Build campaign structures, audience strategies, retargeting funnels, budget allocation, creative testing, and scaling strategies.

• Collaborate with the creative team by providing actionable insights on ad creatives, copy, and performance trends.

• Build performance reports and present campaign insights to clients.

• Work closely with creative, analytics, and account management teams to drive campaign success.

• Independently manage day-to-day campaign execution while communicating confidently with US & UK clients.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads within a performance marketing agency.

• Experience managing B2 C paid social campaigns for US and/or UK markets.

• Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Meta Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI), GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio.

• Experience in audience building, campaign scaling, A/B testing, attribution analysis, and performance optimization.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with client-facing experience.

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable optimizations.

This Role Is Not For

• Candidates with primarily SEO, Organic Marketing, or Content Marketing experience.

• Candidates whose experience is predominantly B2 B performance marketing.

• Candidates without performance marketing agency experience.

• Candidates focused primarily on Google Ads, Search Engine Marketing, or Brand Marketing.
