Expat Tax Accountant — Tax Preparer & Senior Roles

A flat team of travelers and expats, not a Big 4 hierarchy. Live wherever you want; we get together in person a few times a year. What We're Looking For BA in accounting; CPA or EA preferred — required for senior roles Tax preparer track: 2 years of hands-on expat tax prep Senior track: owning client engagements start to finish, mentoring Sharp attention to detail, strong communication, self-motivated What the Role Looks Like Real advisory work — not just form-filling Year-round client relationships you help build A voice in shaping the team's culture as we grow A flat, fully distributed team — no Big 4 hierarchy Nice to Have Hands-on experience with AI tools in your workflow Previous experience in remote-working environments Compensation & Growth Pay: Competitive salary plus commission on new business and client management.
