We are seeking a skilledAdult Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive primary care in ambulatoryand community-based settings in West Los Angeles, California. This role offers theopportunity to deliver patient-centered care while supporting preventivehealth, chronic disease management, and long-term wellness.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensiveprimary care services to adult patients.
• Evaluate, diagnose, andmanage acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Perform preventive care,health screenings, and routine assessments.
• Manage medications andmonitor treatment effectiveness.
• Develop individualized careplans and provide patient education.
• Support long-term diseasemanagement and promote healthy behaviors.
• Collaborate with physiciansand other members of the healthcare team.
• Maintain accurate and timelyclinical documentation.

Compensation & Benefits

Requirements

• Master’s or Doctoral degreefrom an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
• Current, unrestrictedCalifornia Nurse Practitioner license.
• National Board Certificationas an Adult Nurse Practitioner or appropriate adult-focused primary carecertification.
• Current DEA registration oreligibility to obtain one.
• Experience providing primarycare in an ambulatory or community-based setting preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment,diagnostic, communication, and patient education skills.
• Commitment toevidence-based, patient-centered care.
