Technical service engineer

Looking for an experienced and energetic professional interested in joining a fast-growing and diverse team aimed at provide better Smart Energy solutions to our customers. In this role you will:
Responsible for regional technical service responsibility
Responsible for the sell-through and post-sales activities in the region
Provide technical advice to customers on product, installation, and system operational matters
Ensure proper resolution to customer inquiries and warranty service requests
Work with 3rd party service providers to perform service-related issues
Conduct regional product/technical training, seminars and webinars
Liaise with HQ to resolve customer issues
Gather product intelligence information, perform competitor analysis
Lead or participate in projects and process improvement activities
Provide sales and marketing support as needed
We are looking for:
Bachelor or above holders in Electronics and Electrical or other related majors
Self-motivator with a minimum of 5 years related experience in the solar industry is a must
Good communicator with fluent English and native languages
