Great Florida Insurance of Delray Beach is looking for a Florida 4-40 Licensed Customer Representative to join our growing team.If you’re an experienced insurance professional who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, and building lasting relationships, we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll DoProvide exceptional customer service and support to policyholdersAnswer insurance questions and assist with policy needsProcess policy changes, payments, certificates, and other service requestsCommunicate with customers by phone, email, and in personBuild and maintain strong client relationshipsWork with our team to ensure a smooth customer experienceIdentify opportunities to assist clients with additional insurance needsMaintain accurate customer and policy information within our agency management system
What We’re Looking ForActive Florida 4-40 Resident Customer Representative LicenseInsurance agency experience preferredExperience with EZLynx is a plusExcellent communication and customer service skillsProfessional, positive, and dependable attitudeStrong attention to detail and organizationAbility to work independently and as part of a team
