Sr. Manager Cargo Operations

Key Accountabilities 1. End-to-End Operational Ownership • Lead complete cargo lifecycle management — booking to discharge. • Oversee vessel planning, cargo allocation, stowage compliance, and turnaround performance. • Ensure optimal utilization of fleet capacity and port infrastructure. • Drive service reliability and schedule adherence across GCC ports. 2. Governance, Compliance & Risk Management • Ensure strict adherence to maritime regulations, port authority norms, customs requirements, and international shipping standards. • Govern SOP adherence and internal control frameworks. • Lead internal and external audits, compliance reviews, and risk mitigation initiatives. • Maintain system integrity across cargo management platforms (ERP, TOS, Cargo Management Systems). 3. Financial & Cost
