Location: Bangalore

Qualification: Post-Graduation in Management / Commerce / Journalism / Computer Applications / IT

Industry: Ed-Tech / Higher Education

Working: Rotational Weekends

We are looking for an experienced Academic Advisor to ensure students have a seamless academic journey from admission to program completion, while maintaining high student satisfaction and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the first point of contact for students and coordinate with university departments.

• Track and communicate students' academic progress, submissions, and requirements.

• Handle academic and administrative queries related to fees, LMS, courses, and other student concerns.

• Manage inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat interactions.

• Guide and motivate students to complete their academic requirements on time.

• Address student queries related to semesters and subjects.

• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve priority issues within defined TAT.

• Drive student satisfaction, active learner engagement, re-registration, and program completion.

• Maintain accurate records, update MIS, and prepare reports using Excel and PowerPoint.

• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance the student experience.

Requirements:

✅ 2–6 years of experience in Academics / Student Counselling / Student Support .

✅ Good understanding of university academic processes.

✅ Strong verbal, written, and listening skills.

✅ Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.

✅ Knowledge of CRM and ticketing systems.

✅ Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.

✅ Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain attention to detail.

✅ Good computer proficiency, especially in Excel and PowerPoint .

✅ Experience handling inbound and outbound calls is preferred.

✅ Willingness to work on weekends on a rotational basis.
