Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Chef role based in Gainesville, FL. The Chef will plan and prepare menu items, execute dishes during service, and ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portioning. QualificationsProfessional experience as a Chef, Line Cook, or similar back-of-house role in a restaurant environment.Strong skills in food preparation, cooking techniques, and plating with attention to detail and consistency.Knowledge of food safety, sanitation standards, and proper kitchen hygiene practices.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen, manage multiple tickets, and prioritize tasks.Effective communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with other kitchen and front-of-house staff.Basic experience with inventory, ordering, and cost control is preferred.Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. xzbcwsv Culinary training or certification is beneficial but not required; a passion for cooking and learning is essential.
