Global Compensation Manager — Equity & Benefits

Pyka is seeking a Compensation Manager to run and evolve compensation programs across the US and Brazil, including salary bands, equity, and benefits. You will lead benchmarking, manage merit cycles, and extend programs as the company scales. This is an individual contributor role, reporting to the Head of People.

You will partner with Finance, Legal, and leadership to ensure compliance with FLSA and local laws while communicating pay decisions clearly to employees and candidates.
