Technical lead — .net, c#, global saas platform ( hyderabad)

This is a hands-on technical role — no people management, just deep, senior-level ownership of code and architecture. If you've got a sharp product mindset and an uncanny knack for problem-solving, we want to talk to you.

As the most senior technical person on your team, you'll be hands-on in the solution and the code — working alongside Product, Design, Quality, Platform, and Security to design right-sized solutions and build products that scale. You're not afraid to challenge the status quo and define solutions that sit outside existing patterns.

What You'll Own

Design high-performing, scalable, and secure products across the full software design lifecycle Improve, modernize, and decompose large, complex codebases Bring deep domain and language expertise to influence performance, memory management, maintainability, and testability Teach and promote strong engineering practices within and across teams Stay current with the latest. NET and web technologies

What You Bring

Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, or related field 2+ years in a Technical Lead (or equivalent) role Experience improving, modernizing, and decomposing large codebases Demonstrated experience building products/features from the ground up through to production Experience working on Saa S platforms at scale Strong communication, inclusion, and visibility mindset Deep knowledge of the. NET ecosystem (Framework 4.6+ /. NET 6+) Proficiency in C#, MVC, HTML, Java Script, CSS Experience with C# testing frameworks Azure SQL, Git

Nice to Have

Accessibility knowledge Containerization technologies CI/CD pipelines and Dev Ops principles Proficiency with Azure, AWS, or GCP
