We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to join our Academy Services team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth within the Medical and MedTech industry by acquiring new clients, managing key accounts, and promoting training and competency development solutions.

This role requires a consultative sales approach, strong relationship management skills, and the ability to identify client requirements and recommend appropriate training and certification services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business opportunities within the Medical & MedTech sector.
• Conduct customer meetings (virtual and field visits) to understand training and compliance requirements.
• Drive lead generation through networking, outreach, and client engagement.
• Manage and grow existing customer relationships.
• Recommend tailored training and certification solutions using a consultative sales approach.
• Achieve sales targets and maintain CRM updates and sales reports.
• Coordinate with internal and external experts to deliver customer-focused training programs.
• Monitor industry trends and support portfolio development.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in client relationship management and consultative selling.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM and SAP knowledge is an advantage.
