Collaborating with Consultants and Account Directors, the full-time salaried Senior Marketing Analyst - Employee Benefits will research and analyze group benefit programs, manage the competitive bidding process for client RFPs, and negotiate plan designs and pricing with carriers and vendors in a virtual environment. Key responsibilities Research and analyze the health and welfare carrier/vendor insurance marketplace to identify competitive options for clients Develop group benefit program marketing strategies and RFPs in collaboration with team members Negotiate competitive rates and plan design alternatives with carriers on behalf of clients Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Three or more years of marketing experience in a Group Insurance Carrier or Benefits Brokerage Firm Underwriting experience Current Washington State Life and Disability Agent's license
