Job Description:

Oversee daily mall operations and ensure smooth functioning. Coordinate with tenants for issue resolution and store compliance. Manage house keeping, security and maintenace team. Monitor facilities including HVAC,elevator, escalators and utilities. Handle customer queries and ensure high service standards. Supervise vendors and ensure SLA compliance, ensure safety protocols and regulatory complaince. Support mall events and promotional activities.

Skills :

Bachelor's degree in any discipline 2-4 years of experience in mall operations/facility management/mall operations. Strong communication and coordination skills. Problem solving mindset with attention to detail
