High-Producing Pediatric Practice | 2 Days/Week | 3-Month Assignment

Zeal Med Staffing is seeking an experienced Pediatric Dentist for a high-quality, high-volume pediatric practice in the Seattle, Washington area .

This is a 3-month locum assignment working just 2 days per week , making it an excellent opportunity for a Pediatric Dentist looking to add consistent days to their schedule without committing to a full-time assignment.

These are the group's co-founders' practices , so clinical quality and patient experience are extremely important. The ideal provider will be confident in a fast-paced pediatric environment, comfortable with a strong Medicaid population, and able to capitalize on significant same-day treatment opportunities.

POSITION DETAILS

• Location: Seattle Metro — Maple Valley & Kent, WA

• Specialty: Pediatric Dentistry

• Assignment: Locum Tenens

• Start: Last week of November

• Duration: Approximately 3 months

• Schedule: Tuesdays & Fridays — 2 days/week

• Locations: Coverage across 2–3 nearby practices

• Kent Payor Mix: Approximately 80% Medicaid

• Maple Valley Payor Mix: Approximately 50% Medicaid

• General Anesthesia: Practice is open to GA

• OCS: Not performed outside the practice

EXCEPTIONAL PRODUCTION OPPORTUNITY

This is a busy pediatric environment with significant treatment demand and an established patient base.

• 30-minute recall appointments

• Approximately 8 treatment appointments per day

• Strong emphasis on same-day treatment

• Consistently busy patient flow

STRONG CLINICAL SUPPORT

You'll be supported by an experienced team of approximately 4–5 Dental Assistants , allowing the doctor to remain focused on diagnosis and treatment.

Dental Assistants assist with:

• Prophies

• Sealants

• Patient flow

• Clinical support throughout the day

The support structure is designed to help the Pediatric Dentist maintain an efficient schedule while delivering a high standard of care.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

Requirements:

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school

• Completed Pediatric Dentistry Residency

• Active Washington State dental license

• Medicaid credentialed

• Clean background

• Comfortable working in a high-volume pediatric environment

• Confident treating a significant Medicaid patient population

• Able to maintain quality while working efficiently in a busy practice
