Job description Job Description Officer, Partnerships Company: Nextenti Tech Private Limited Location: Telangana Employment Type: Full-time Department: Partnerships / Business Development Reporting To: Manager / Head – Partnerships & Business Development Role Overview We are looking for an Officer – Partnerships to develop and manage partnerships with hospitals, healthcare organizations, educational institutions, training centres and other stakeholders. The role involves business development, relationship management, partner onboarding and field engagement. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new partnership opportunities. Meet hospitals, institutions and key decision-makers to present Nextenti’s solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with partners. Support partnership negotiations, documentation and onboarding. Drive recruitment campaigns, events and joint initiatives. Maintain lead pipelines, follow-ups and partnership reports. Achieve monthly and quarterly partnership targets. Travel across assigned territories as required. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, Marketing or a related field; MBA is preferred . 0–3 years of experience in partnerships, business development, sales or healthcare. Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills. Strong networking and relationship-management abilities. Proficiency in English and Telugu . Willingness to travel and work in a target-driven environment.
