Chartered Accountant

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant with 5 years of post-qualification experience to join our Accounts & Finance team and take ownership of core accounting, compliance, and reporting functions. Key Responsibilities Preparation and finalization of books of accounts under Ind AS Preparation of listed-company accounts and periodic financial reporting Implementation and practical application of Ind AS Preparation of projected financials, forecasts, and budgets Finalization of standalone and consolidated financial statements Cash-flow planning, monitoring, and control Debtors management and working-capital tracking Preparation of MIS reports for management decision-making Coordination with banks for funding, renewal of limits, and documentation Support for capital-raising activities, including equity and debt Preparation of investor presentations and financial decks Handling GST and Income Tax notices, assessments, and litigation support Ensuring compliance with SEBI regulations, the Companies Act, and stock-exchange requirements Coordination with statutory auditors, internal auditors, bankers, and consultants Leading and mentoring the Accounts & Finance team and ensuring timely completion of assigned responsibilities Desired Profile Qualified Chartered Accountant Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience Strong hands-on experience in Ind AS—not limited to an advisory role Prior experience with a listed company preferred Working knowledge of GST, Income Tax, and corporate compliances Ability to independently lead accounts finalization Must possess strong leadership qualities and the ability to manage, guide, and motivate a team Strong analytical, presentation, problem-solving, and communication skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-responsibility environment Compensation Maximum CTC: ₹15–16 LPA, depending on experience and suitability What We Offer End-to-end exposure to finance, compliance, and reporting in a listed company A high-ownership role with significant learning and growth opportunities Direct interaction with senior management, auditors, bankers, and investors Immediate or early joiners will be preferred.
