Senior Associate/Principal Associate Post Qualification Experience: 6 years Description: We’re looking to hire a Senior Associate/Principal Associate in Mumbai. The candidate will work on a broad range of corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions and private equity deals, strategic investments and general corporate advisory, with a particular focus on real estate M&A transactions. Candidates with strong transactional experience and relevant experience in real estate along with excellent drafting, analytical and client management skills, will be preferred.
