JSW Sports is looking for a Program Coordinator Intern to join their team in Mumbai.

Role Summary

Support the CBO in driving program management and PMO rigor across cross-functional workstreams. The role will involve tracking key milestones, coordinating follow-ups, supporting leadership reviews and maintaining a strong operating cadence.

Key Responsibilities

• Track project milestones, deliverables, timelines and dependencies.
• Coordinate follow-ups across cross-functional teams.
• Maintain project calendars, trackers and leadership review decks.
• Support strategic analysis, reporting and preparation of management updates.
• Assist in driving the operating cadence across key initiatives.
• Identify gaps or delays and proactively follow up with stakeholders.
• Support the CBO on special projects and strategic initiatives.

Required

• 0–2 years of experience ; startup, consulting or program management experience preferred.
• Strong Excel, PowerPoint and communication skills .
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Strong ownership and execution orientation.
• Structured approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work across multiple teams and manage competing priorities.
• High adaptability and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant sports/apparel/footwear experience is preferred.
• Startup/build-from-zero experience is a plus.
