• Location: Salt Lake, Sector V, Kolkata
• Experience: 1–2 years in Telesales
• Qualification: 12th Pass & Above
• Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 (In-Hand), based on experience, communication skills, and last drawn salary
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday
• Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Weekly Off: Sunday
• Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Pitch company products/services effectively and convert leads into customers.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Handle objections confidently and close sales.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.

• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali .
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Positive attitude with a customer-focused approach.
