One of our TOP clients is looking to hire a Plumbing Technician with a strong background in installing, maintaining, and repairing commercial plumbing systems. This person will be part of a small team that services a massive commercial building that hosts lots of major events with thousands of guests / spectators. Please read on for more information!
Responsibilities:Maintain, install, and repair pipes, fittings, or fixtures of heating, water or drainage systems according to specifications or plumbing codesInterpret and apply mechanical and structural blueprints to plan plumbing repairs and modificationsTroubleshoot plumbing issues and provide effective solutions in a timely mannerKeep accurate records of work completed, materials used, and time spent on each jobInspect jobs upon completion and ensure areas are cleanRespond to emergency calls as neededPerform preventive maintenance on tools and equipment
Experience:5+ years of professional plumbing experience (Commercial preferred)Knowledge of electrical xzbcwsv and HVACR systemsPhysical ability to perform tasks that involve lifting, standing, and working in confined spacesStrong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
