In addition, the firm handles complex and commercial litigation, real estate and business transactions, employment law, and a full range of estate planning services.Role Description The Associate will work full time on-site in Englewood Cliffs, NJ, providing legal support across the firm’s practice areas, with an emphasis on personal injury, commercial litigation, and transactional matters. Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery documents; conducting legal research; and preparing legal memoranda and case strategies under the supervision of senior attorneys. The Associate will attend court appearances, hearings, depositions, and client meetings, as appropriate, and assist in settlement negotiations and trial preparation. The role also involves managing case files, reviewing medical and financial records, communicating with clients and opposing counsel, and coordinating with staff to ensure timely and accurate case progress. The Associate is expected to contribute to a collaborative, professional environment while maintaining high ethical standards and client-focused service.QualificationsLicensed to practice law in New Jersey; New York admission is strongly preferred or willingness to obtain.Strong legal research and writing abilities, including drafting pleadings, motions, and memoranda.Experience or strong interest in personal injury, civil litigation, or related practice areas.Solid analytical, organizational, and case management skills, with attention to detail and deadlines.Effective communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction, negotiation, and teamwork.Ability to handle multiple matters simultaneously and work independently with appropriate guidance.Prior experience with court appearances, depositions, or transactional drafting is a plus.Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school; relevant coursework or clinical experience in litigation or personal injury is beneficial. xzbcwsv Salary Range:$125,000 - $175,000 (Salary commensurate with experience.)
