To support HR operations across Europe, the full-time People Partner - Europe will manage the full employee lifecycle, collaborate with HR leadership, and ensure compliance with local laws while working remotely from France, Poland, Ireland, or Spain. Key responsibilities Partner with HR leadership to understand business needs and support day-to-day HR operations Manage the full employee lifecycle including hiring, onboarding, offboarding, and compliance Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with local laws Required qualifications Mandatory 10 years of HR experience within an international environment Mandatory 5 years of HR Generalist experience in France, with hands-on management of the full employment lifecycle Proven knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations in multiple European countries Fluent in English and French; proficiency in additional European languages is a plus Bachelor's degree preferred, with relevant HR training in areas such as Labor Legislation or Compensation and Benefits
