Job Description
Role Summary: The Video Editor is responsible for turning raw footage into polished, platform-ready content for client YouTube channels and Instagram accounts. This role requires strong command over pacing, storytelling, and platform-specific formatting (long-form YouTube, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels), while meeting tight turnaround timelines across multiple client accounts. Key Responsibilities: Editing & Post-Production • Edit raw footage into final videos for YouTube (long-form, Shorts) and Instagram (Reels, carousels where video-based) • Cut for pacing, retention, and platform-specific viewer behavior (hook in first 3 seconds, watch-time optimization, etc.) • Add graphics, text overlays, subtitles/captions, transitions, and sound design as per brand guidelines • Color grade
