Our expertise extends across domains; a strength that has helped us partner with some of the biggest brands in the country like Panasonic, Duroflex, Bioseed, Nuziveedu, Centaury, Eaton Power, Coca Cola, , John Distilleries, Green Panel, Duroply, O9 solutions etc. Role Summary This is a high-impact Founder's Office role that works directly with the Founder to drive cross-functional initiatives across technology, AI, product innovation, operational excellence, and digital transformation. The role offers exposure to a wide range of strategic initiatives, including technology roadmap execution, AI adoption, process improvement, evaluation of SaaS platforms, automation projects, vendor management, business research, and stakeholder coordination. This position is ideal for someone who is intellectually curious, enjoys solving complex problems, learns quickly, takes ownership, and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where no two days are the same. Key Responsibilities Technology Coordination Coordinate product enhancement initiatives with PMO & Engineering Track technology roadmap execution Follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion Maintain project dashboards and progress updates Innovation Explore new systems and tools Research emerging technologies and AI tools Evaluate new SaaS products and platforms Compare vendors and prepare recommendation reports Identify opportunities to improve internal efficiency Business Excellence Drive operational improvement initiatives Coordinate cross-functional projects Document business processes Support implementation of new systems Strategic Research Conduct market and competitor research Prepare executive summaries Build presentations and business notes Analyse industry trends Founder Support Work closely with the Founder on strategic initiatives Coordinate discussions with internal and external stakeholders Track action items and ensure closure Bring structure to multiple ongoing projects Required Skills Must Have Excellent communication Strong analytical ability Highly organized Technology aptitude Strong presentation skills Advanced PowerPoint Excel AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude etc.) Ability to coordinate across teams Good to Have Basic understanding of SaaS Product thinking SQL (optional) No-code tools Project management tools Education BE/BTech (Computer Science / Information Science / IT / Electronics) MBA preferred (completed or pursuing final semester) Experience 0–2 years Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply Personality We are looking for someone who is: Curious Proactive Detail-oriented Comfortable speaking with senior leaders Able to manage ambiguity Fast learner Self-driven High on ownership Solution-oriented What You'll Get Direct mentorship from the Founder Exposure to product strategy AI and emerging technology initiatives Cross-functional business exposure Opportunity to influence company-wide transformation
