Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Store Manager role based in Australia. The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, staff supervision, and ensuring adherence to company policies and standards. Responsibilities include monitoring inventory levels, managing stock replenishment, maintaining visual merchandising, and ensuring a clean, safe store environment. The role involves driving sales performance, handling customer inquiries and escalations, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality. The Store Manager will also be responsible for implementing loss prevention measures, tracking key performance indicators, preparing reports, and coordinating with senior management on process improvements and promotional activities.

Qualifications

• Strong store operations and Store Management skills, including inventory control and team supervision.
• Customer-focused mindset with proven ability in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction.
• Excellent Communication skills for interacting with customers, team members, and leadership.
• Experience with Retail Loss Prevention practices and maintaining compliance with store policies.
• Prior experience in retail or store management, ideally in a high-footfall or multi-brand environment.
• Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team, manage schedules, and resolve operational issues effectively.
• Comfort with basic computer applications and POS systems; ability to analyze sales and inventory data.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills, with readiness to work flexible hours as needed.
