Role Summary:

As an Executive CTO Advisor, you will partner with executive leadership and technology organizations across client engagements to shape technology strategy, accelerate delivery of high-impact programs, and advise on organizational transformation. You will act as a trusted advisor to CTOs and CIOs, aligning technology direction with business strategy, mitigating technical risk, and driving accelerated value delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise client executive teams (CTOs, CIOs, business executives) on technology strategy, architecture, operating models, and transformation roadmaps.
• Assess current-state technology landscapes and define target-state visions aligned with strategic business goals.
• Lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives to accelerate delivery, improve governance, and reduce operational and technical risk.
• Guide clients on cloud strategy, modern engineering practices, data & AI adoption, and enterprise architecture.
• Coach and mentor client technology leaders and delivery teams to elevate technical capabilities and execution rigor.
• Facilitate executive decision-making, stakeholder alignment, and measurable outcomes for major technology investments.
• Support client relationship development, proposal contributions, and strategic advisory initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record advising C-level technology leaders (CTOs/CIOs) at scale, ideally within management/technology consulting or senior in-house executive roles.
• Deep expertise across enterprise technology landscapes, cloud platforms, modern software engineering, data architecture, and agile delivery.
• Demonstrated success leading large-scale technology transformations that delivered measurable business value.
• Strong executive presence, communication, and stakeholder management skills with experience presenting to executive leadership and boards.
• Ability to assess complex technical environments quickly and provide pragmatic, actionable guidance.

Compensation: Salary Range: $275,000 - $343,700 USD
