Job Title: US Mortgage Live Underwriter (Conventional & Non-QM)

Shift: US Rotational Night Shifts
About the Role
Experience: 2–5 Years
Qualification: Graduation (UG) is Mandatory
Joining: Immediate Joiners & 1 month Notice period Preferred
Responsibilities
- Live Underwriter ,Conventional, Non-QM, and DSCR mortgage loan applications.
- Analyze borrower income, assets, credit, employment, and collateral.
- Evaluate alternative documentation loans (Bank Statement, Asset Depletion, 1099, ITIN, and P&L Only).
- Ensure compliance with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, investor, company, and regulatory guidelines.
- Review and clear underwriting conditions and resubmitted documents.
- Coordinate with processors, loan officers, brokers, and internal teams to support timely loan decisions.
Qualifications
2–5 years of US Mortgage Underwriting experience.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Live Underwritting ,Conventional, Non-QM, and/or DSCR underwriting.
- Knowledge of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, DU/LP, mortgage compliance, and risk assessment.
- Hands-on experience with Loan Origination Systems (LOS) such as Encompass, CalyxPath, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and communication skills.
