Position SummaryTaylor White is seeking a Full-Desk Recruiter to join our Finance and Accounting recruiting team, where you will own the entire search process from client intake through placement. You will build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients while sourcing, screening, and presenting top accounting and finance talent. This role blends business development with recruiting, so you will be expected to win new client opportunities, take job orders, and consistently deliver quality candidates. You will also stay connected to the Finance and Accounting community through active networking, market knowledge, and trusted relationships with candidates. Key Responsibilities
Client Development & Relationship ManagementIdentify and develop new client relationships through outreach, referrals, and networking.Conduct discovery calls to assess client needs and recommend staffing solutions.Manage job orders from intake through fulfillment.Maintain and grow client accounts through service excellence.Advise clients on market trends, compensation, and hiring strategies.Partner internally to align client expectations with candidate delivery.Candidate Recruitment & Lifecycle ManagementSource and recruit accounting and finance candidates for positions ranging from Staff Accountant to CFO and everything in between.Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through onboarding.Conduct interviews to assess skills, goals, and compensation needs.Prepare candidates for interviews and facilitate post‑interview feedback.Extend verbal offers and support negotiations.Network Building & BrandingBuild a strong professional network using referrals, outreach, and social media.Contribute to creative recruiting efforts including videos, blogs, and campaigns.Maintain accurate records in applicant tracking systems and internal databases.
QualificationsMust have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Psychology, Business or related field.Must have 7+ years of experience in agency staffing focused in accounting and finance.Strong communication skills, written and verbal.Proven track record of accomplishing aggressive goals.High attention to detail and analytical thinking.Proven ability to build and nurture relationships.Passion for helping others and career development.
