Job Description:

We are looking for young energetic people who will be responsiblefor making tkxel experience great for everyone.

The candidate will be positioned in the main lobby (front desk area) to welcomeand greet the visitors and provide guidance and support in every possible way.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that the entrance andlobby area is up to the date all the time.
• Greet and welcome guests
• Provide support and guidance
• Connect candidate with the interviewer
• Making follow-up calls to thevisitors.
• Answer all incoming calls.
• Keep updated records and files.
• Take up other duties asassigned (travel arrangements, schedules etc.)
  

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience as a Front Desk Officer or as Brand Ambassador
• Knowledge of office management
• knowledge of MS Office
• Good communication and peopleskills
• Multi-tasking skills and timemanagement
• Customer service orientation
• Energetic personality
