Company Description: STUDIO ISA is an Architecture, Design, Engineering, and Development Consulting practice based in Sector 132, Noida, NCR region of Delhi. The firm is recognised for intensely detailed and thoughtful architecture. Its work explores contemporary spatial design while maintaining a distinctly Indian spirit in the built environment. STUDIO ISA is led by Architect Hemu Bharadwaj, an alumnus of the School of Planning and Architecture (SPA), Delhi, and offers a collaborative studio environment for design professionals. The studio is expanding is team to support large development projects of national importance.

Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based at STUDIO ISA's office in Noida. The Architect will participate in concept development, schematic design, and detailed architectural drawings for a range of projects. Responsibilities include coordinating with internal design, engineering, and development teams, preparing presentations and documentation, and ensuring design intent is maintained through all project stages. The role involves regular client and consultant interactions, site visits for design implementation and review, and support in project planning and timelines. The Architect is expected to contribute to the studio's exploration of contemporary yet Indian spatial design and uphold high standards of quality and detailing.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Architecture Design, including concept development, spatial planning, and detailing.
• Candidates should possess skills in architecture design workflows, tools, and coordination between design and technical systems.
• Candidates should possess skills in creating and understanding BoQs and construction processes, including planning, coordination with stakeholders, and monitoring project deliverables and schedules.
• Proficiency in relevant design and documentation software (such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, or similar tools) is highly beneficial.
• A professional degree in Architecture from an accredited institution and professional registration or licensing is required.
• Strong visual communication skills, including drawing, rendering, and presentation preparation, with attention to detail and design quality.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a studio environment, manage multiple tasks, and communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and team members.
• Interest in contemporary design infused with Indian spatial and cultural sensibilities will be an advantage.
