Salesforce & Enterprise Digital Transformation Lead | Chennai

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce & Digital Transformation Lead to drive their end-to-end CRM, SAP ERP integration, and commercial order-to-cash modernization across domestic and global plant networks.

Location: Chennai

Experience: 8 – 12+ Years

Domain Focus: Industrial Manufacturing, Automotive, Supply Chain & Aftersales Transformation

What You Will Do:

Enterprise Platform Ownership: Architect and lead multi-cloud Salesforce roadmap (Sales, Service, CPQ, Experience Cloud, and Data Cloud).

ERP & Systems Integration: Lead seamless integrations between Salesforce and SAP ERP core systems for master data synchronization, pricing, and quote-to-order workflows.

Commercial & Dealer Enablement: Build high-impact dealer portals, service networks, and supply chain analytics tools to empower business unit heads and field teams.

Technical & Functional Governance: Partner directly with plant operations, business leaders, and technical teams to manage discovery, UAT governance, and release management.

What We Are Looking For:

Core Expertise: Proven track record in Salesforce implementation leadership, technical architecture, or functional program management.

CPQ & Integration Experience: Hands-on background with Salesforce CPQ / Industries CPQ, Apex/LWC, and REST/SOAP API integrations with enterprise ERPs (SAP).

Certifications: Salesforce Certified Admin, PD1/PD2, CPQ Specialist, Service Cloud, or Business Analyst credentials highly valued.

Domain Alignment: Experience within Manufacturing, Automotive OEM, Heavy Engineering, or Industrial Equipment sectors.
