Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic POS Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing solutions through our point-of-sale systems. You will play a key role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base.

Responsibilities

• Identify and target new business opportunities through various channels.
• Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations of POS systems to prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions to meet their business needs.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve sales targets.
• Continuously update knowledge of industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
• Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Requirements

• Proven sales experience with 1–2 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in the technology or retail sectors.
• Strong understanding of point-of-sale systems and related software solutions is a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
• Passion for sales and customer service.
