What You’ll DoRecruit and place accounting and finance professionals ranging from Staff Accountants and Bookkeepers to Controllers, Finance Managers, and CFOsSource and engage top talent through networking, referrals, LinkedIn, job boards, market mapping, and cold outreachConduct candidate interviews to evaluate technical skills, career goals, and cultural fitPartner with hiring managers and clients to understand business needs and hiring prioritiesDevelop new client relationships and generate business opportunities within the accounting and finance marketManage the full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing and interviewing through offer negotiation and placementBuild long-term relationships with candidates and clients as a trusted advisorProvide career guidance, market insight, and consultative support throughout the hiring process
What We’re Looking For2+ years of experience in:Accounting & Finance recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisitionOR accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, AP/AR, finance, or related business functionsBachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferredStrong communication and relationship-building skillsSelf-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindsetEntrepreneurial spirit with the desire to grow your own desk and earningsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environmentComfortable with business development, networking, and outreachStable work history with a track record of professional success
