We’re partnered with a leading global investment manager looking to hire a Global Custodian Relationship Manager to oversee key custody relationships across the UK and Western Europe.
This is a hands-on B2B relationship management role, combining stakeholder management, operational oversight, contract negotiations and strategic project delivery.
No sales, no prospecting. The focus is on managing and improving existing partnerships.
The OpportunityOwn relationships with 5–10 major custodians across international marketsOversee service delivery, KPIs, SLAs and operational performanceLead contract reviews, fee negotiations and relationship improvementsManage escalations and coordinate solutions across internal and external teamsDrive custody onboarding, operational enhancements and strategic initiativesWork closely with senior leadership and support junior analysts
What We're Looking For5–10 years' experience in B2B relationship management in financial services, or the wealth & investment management space.Strong stakeholder management, negotiation and problem-solving skillsExperience overseeing complex institutional relationships and operational projectsExposure to custody, asset management or financial services is advantageous, but not essentialCommercially minded, proactive and comfortable taking ownership
