Staff Engineer, ServiceNow (HAM)

Job Description REQUIREMENTS: Experience - 5.5+years Strong experience in ServiceNow ITAM, HAM, SAM, ITSM, and Integrations Hands-on experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow integrations Experience in ServiceNow Asset Management processes and best practices Experience in other modules like ITOM or CSM along with ITIL knowledge ServiceNow SPM certification is mandatory Strong understanding of ITAM, HAM, SAM, and ITSM modules Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions Experience in developing and implementing technical solutions and performing integration testing Hands-on experience with ServiceNow scripting such as Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Jelly Scripting, and AngularJS Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder
