We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Sales Representative to support business growth, expand market reach, and drive enrollments for our Master Classes Program along with luxury beauty services. ⸻ Key Responsibilities * Drive admissions and enrollments for Amrit Kaur Artistry’s Master Classes Program. * Conduct institutional outreach, including presentations, seminars, workshops, and career guidance sessions to promote training programs and career opportunities. * Develop and implement business development strategies to increase brand visibility and program enrollments. * Generate revenue through promotion of luxury beauty services, bridal makeup services, and professional Master Classes. * Represent the brand at networking events, exhibitions, beauty expos, educational seminars, and industry collaborations. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and institutions while ensuring a high standard of customer experience. * Work closely with marketing and training teams to execute campaigns, workshops, campus activations, and lead-generation initiatives. ⸻ Requirements * Minimum 3–4 years of experience in Sales and Business Development. * Prior experience in the beauty, luxury, fashion, lifestyle, education, or wedding industry is preferred. * Candidates with experience in leading beauty academies and institutions such as Lakmé Academy, VLCC Institute, Toni & Guy Academy, BBlunt Academy, Pearl Academy, or similar reputed organizations will be preferred. * Experience in educational institutions, training academies, or skill development programs will be an added advantage. * Proven ability to generate revenue, build partnerships, and achieve sales targets. * Strong networking, negotiation, and relationship management skills. * Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities. ⸻ Why Join Us? * Be part of a fast-growing luxury beauty brand. * Work with premium clients and industry-leading professionals. * Competitive salary with performance-based incentives. * Opportunity to contribute to the growth of luxury beauty services and professional education programs. ⸻ For more information, visit our Instagram page: @amritkaur_artistry
