Qualification

• RN, RM with Post RN, MSN/MPH/MPhil in Health Education in HECrecognized Institute

OR

• BSN, MSN/MPH/MSPH/MPhil in Health Education in HECrecognized Institute

Experience

• 3 – 5 Years’ Experience. Teaching and administrationExperience
• Minimum 2 Publications in any recognized Nursing Journal/Health Sciences Journal with at least 1 of these publications in last 2years
• Valid PNClicense

Job Description

• The Assistant Professor Nursing is responsible for providing high-quality undergraduate and postgraduate nursing education & clinical/Education track teaching, student supervision, academic mentoring, research, and curriculum development.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate/graduate courses.
• Develop lesson plans, assessments and course material
• Assess and evaluate students through exams, assignments, and clinical performance.
• Supervise and Co-Supervise MSN students in thesis
• Conduct and publish nursing research andorganizing workshops, seminars.
• Participate in curriculum development, examinations, accreditation, and departmental activities.
• Maintain professional and academic standards in accordance with HEC/PNMC requirements.
