At The Fresh Factory, pastry means working with real ingredients, thoughtful portions and good technique — while questioning the usual reliance on refined flour, excessive sugar, artificial flavours and ready-made mixes.

We’re looking for a Commis Pastry Chef who enjoys that challenge.

You’ll work across:

• plated desserts

• cakes, cookies & everyday bakes

• naturally leavened and whole-grain products

• seasonal fruit-led desserts

• alternative grains, flours and sweeteners
