Hiring | VP – Retail Operations Location: Mumbai Experience: 12–15 Years CTC: ₹40–80 LPA Industry: Leading Luxury Retail Brand Reporting to: COO About the Role Lead multi-store retail operations and sales performance across a defined region, driving revenue, profitability, customer experience and operational standards. Key Responsibilities Own sales, revenue, margin, NPS and operational KPIs across multiple stores. Lead and coach Area Managers and Store Managers to achieve targets. Drive store productivity, conversion, customer exerience and turnaround plans . Ensure SOP, audit, inventory and operational compliance across stores. Lead new store openings and post-launch performance . Manage franchise and company-operated store standards . Drive customer retention and loyalty initiatives. Partner with the COO on regional growth and operational strategy . Ideal Profile 12–15 years in retail operations, including 4 years managing multiple stores / Area Managers . Strong experience in multi-store retail sales and operations . Experience in luxury, premium, fashion or consumer retail preferred. Exposure to franchise and company-operated retail formats preferred. Strong understanding of store P&L, sales KPIs, inventory and customer experience . Proven people leadership and coaching capability. Willingness to undertake extensive travel across stores .
