Community Evangelist - Crypto (Remote, Paid in USDT)

Tephra Capital is a pre-seed crypto venture fund backed by partners from GSR, Goldman Sachs, and Gemini. Our portfolio spans stablecoin settlement, custody, and payments infrastructure, and we are growing the community side of our platform.

The following information aims to provide potential candidates with a better understanding of the requirements for this role.
We are hiring Community Evangelists across the US, UK, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Dubai.
What you actually do: represent the fund in crypto communities you already live in. Share our research, gather founder signals, welcome new members to our channels, and be our eyes in the scenes you know best. No technical background required, no cold calls, no sales quotas. If you are already active in crypto communities and hold your own coins, you are most of the way there.
What we offer: fully remote, flexible hours around 10 per week, monthly compensation in USDT, a sign-on bonus after your first month, and early access to our research. Long-term community members who prove reliable also become eligible for co-invest rights alongside the fund on select deals.
Two simple requirements, both standard for us: you hold an active self-custody position of at least $10,000 (MetaMask, Exodus, Ledger, or Trezor) on your own Windows computer, and you are comfortable joining calls and sharing your screen from that computer during onboarding. Your keys stay yours, we never ask for seed phrases or private keys, and any fund that does is not worth your time.
Process: short intro call over Zoom with screen-share onboarding, then a paid trial week, decision inside a week. We reply to every serious application. xzbcwsv
