All sessions are led directly by the founder, Noman Perveiz, who brings 8 years of hands-on trading experience and provides lifetime mentorship beyond the formal program. The core program is a one-month, eight-session mentorship that combines theory and practice, with flexible weekday and weekend classes and a completion certificate. Freedom Institute emphasizes consistent practice, realistic expectations, and clear strategies to build sustainable trading skills rather than promising overnight success.

Role Description

The Social Media Content Creator will be responsible for planning, creating, and publishing engaging content across social media platforms to promote Freedom Institute’s mentorship programs and brand. This full-time, on-site role based in Lahore includes managing daily content calendars, producing posts, stories, short videos, and reels, and coordinating with the mentorship team to translate trading concepts into accessible, audience-friendly content. The role involves monitoring trends, responding to comments and messages, optimizing content for reach and engagement, and supporting digital campaigns aligned with marketing goals. The Social Media Content Creator will also analyze performance metrics, propose improvements, and ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all channels.

Qualifications

• Ability to plan and produce social media content, including posts, reels, stories, and short-form videos for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Skills in basic graphic design and video editing using common tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Premiere, CapCut) to create visually appealing and on-brand content.
• Understanding of social media strategy, audience engagement, and content optimization, including familiarity with analytics, hashtags, and platform best practices.
• Strong written communication skills, with the ability to convert complex trading concepts into clear, concise, and relatable messages.
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle content calendars, meet deadlines, and coordinate with mentors and internal stakeholders.
• Comfort with on-site work in Lahore, including occasional filming of classes, student testimonials, and behind-the-scenes content.
• Prior experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation for education or finance-related brands is preferred.
• Relevant education in Marketing, Media Studies, Communications, or a related field is beneficial; genuine interest in trading and financial education is a strong plus.
