We are assisting an international organization in seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join its U.S. distribution office. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring accurate order processing, timely delivery updates, and exceptional customer service. This opportunity offers up to $55k, bonus potential, 100% company-paid health insurance, and a 401(k) plan.
Responsibilities:Serve as the main point of contact for distributors and customers.Answer inbound calls and process customer orders accurately within company systems.Allocate orders based on available inventory and verify stock levels as needed.Coordinate with the shipping team to ensure timely order fulfillment.Address and resolve customer concerns, questions, and complaints in a professional manner.Follow up on customer inquiries and provide prompt updates.Communicate order status, shipment details, and delivery timelines to clients.Maintain accurate customer and order information within company systems.
Qualifications:Previous customer service or order management experience required.Experience with NetSuite preferred.Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plusStrong computer proficiency and data entry skills, with the ability to quickly learn new software applications.Ability to learn and understand product offerings and specifications.Excellent written and verbal communication skills. xzbcwsv Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
