We are hiring for our client – SAP HCM Payroll Expert

Location: Pune & Bangalore

Immediate & Early Joiners Preferred

• Expert-level support for SAP HCM Payroll – German Payroll (DE)
• Handle and resolve incidents from HR Users & HR Key Users
• Support monthly payroll runs, re-runs and corrections
• Strong experience in German payroll laws, regulations and statutory processes
• Configure and customise SAP HCM Payroll
• Design, analyse, modify and create Payroll Schemas & PCRs
• Analyse, modify and create Wage Types and integrate them into payroll schemas/rules
• Customise Infotypes and Payroll configuration tables
• Work on HRFORMS / SAPSCRIPT for payslips, employee certificates and HR documents
• Support payroll posting and resolve technical issues during payroll processing
• Support tax, social security and statutory reporting for German Payroll
• Analyse, adapt and implement interfaces with German statutory authorities
• Support new payroll implementations, SAP Notes and Support Packages
• Consult HR/business teams on new payroll requirements and regulatory changes
