Product Manager / Platform Manager – AI & Healthcare Claims

Position Details:

• Job Title: Product Manager / Platform Manager
• Duration: 12-month contract with the potential to convert to full-time
• Office Visits: Once or twice a month in Reston, VA
• Interview Process: Two virtual interviews; IDE and location verification may be conducted

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for enterprise AI platforms supporting multiple internal products and product teams.
• Develop and manage product roadmaps, backlogs, PI planning, release strategies, and delivery priorities.
• Lead large-scale AI initiatives involving chatbots, AI agents, and enterprise AI implementations, preferably within the healthcare claims domain.
• Collaborate with engineering, product owners, UX/design, operations, finance, and business stakeholders to align platform capabilities with business objectives.
• Leverage Agile/Kanban methodologies and Jira to drive planning, execution, and continuous improvement.
• Monitor product KPIs, business metrics, and market trends to measure product performance and optimize outcomes.
• Support product launches, go-to-market strategies, stakeholder communications, and product value optimization.

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of product management and/or product owner experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of enterprise AI platforms, including chatbots and AI agents.
• Proven experience leading large-scale AI initiatives or enterprise AI portfolios.
• Healthcare claims industry experience.
• Expert-level knowledge of Agile methodologies, Kanban, Jira, project planning, and product lifecycle management.
• Experience managing product roadmaps, backlogs, PI planning, and product performance metrics.
• Mandatory certification: Certified Product Manager (CPM) – AIPMM or Certified Product Marketing Manager (CPMM) – AIPMM.
• Bachelor’s degree in Product Management, Engineering, IT, or a related field, or equivalent additional relevant experience as specified.
